I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist offering short-term and long-term psychotherapy to individuals and couples in my private practice in Old Street, Central London EC1. My practice is also within easy reach from London EC2 areas (the City, Shoreditch, Liverpool Street).
I provide a confidential, non-judgemental and nurturing environment for gaining better self-understanding and healing, and for making informed and owned choices for the way forward.
I work integratively, drawing upon different psychotherapeutic approaches to best respond to unique needs of each client.
For those who have difficulty in travelling, I also offer online and telephone counselling. I also provide psychotherapy in Japanese.
